That message you are getting is coming from your computer not the place you are trying to download from. Did you set up the computer? If yes, are you logging in with the administrator account? That message you get is in a popup, correct? Yeah, it is. Also I've been gone all day trying to fix it so it will view me as Adminstrator Thank u for being so patient with me. I've noticed that when I try to change who is the Adminstrator for the game there is 3 catorgories on who owns the 'rights' of the game on my computer.
